It is important that the lotions used work for your body.

For every session I use a cbd/cbg balm/lotion. This is proven to soothe pain. While these lotions are expensive, I personally find spas upcharging for this service obnoxious as it should be a baseline treatment for ultimate wellness.

Please let me know if you have any nut allergies, as some of my lotions have coconut or other nut ingredients.

For those with very sensitive skin to acne outbreaks, I have found that almond oil and shea butter work great.

I often end the session with a spicy balm, similar to tiger balm, and will always ask first. Common ingredients are menthol, cayenne pepper, peppermint oil, tea tea, and many other ingredients, as I have a variety of different balms from all over the world. After cupping or scraping I use a soothing, not spicy balm.

Sometimes I include scented balms, always free from synthetic fragrances.

Rose hip oil is my favorite to use for facial gua sha, but also have unscented cad lotion or almond oil.

Every session includes a hot towel treatment.
